ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERS:

These banners are dual layer and require the selection of two colors. There will be a top layer (cutout layer) and a bottom layer (outline/background). The drop down menu will show you all of the color options. DUE TO THE LIMITATIONS OF THE SITE, the selection in the drop down menu will be for the TOP LAYER only. You must comment a separate color in the NOTES section during checkout to select your BOTTOM LAYER color.
